Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Florida. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life, delivering PTA-focused interventions in dedicated therapy gyms.

Requirements include graduating from an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities
