Step Up Rehab is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to work in Skilled Nursing Facilities in Florida. The role involves providing skilled PTA services to residents in SNF settings, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and supporting residents' goals for function and independence.

Qualified candidates will have a PTA program graduate status and an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA services to SNF residents in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Help residents regain function, mobility, and independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to care planning.
