Step Up Rehab in Florida is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will work inside the dedicated therapy gym, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence.

This full-time role offers competitive pay ($28–$38/hour depending on experience), a supportive culture, and benefits. Florida licensure is required or eligible, with SNF/post-acute experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility
