Job summary

Step Up Rehab seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver skilled therapy within a busy Skilled Nursing Facility setting. You will work in dedicated therapy gyms, partnering with an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function, mobility, and independence on a PRN schedule in Florida.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or eligibility). SNF/post-acute experience and Net Health knowledge are preferred.

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
