Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for work in Skilled Nursing Facilities in Florida. This PRN role focuses on providing skilled PTA services to residents in SNFs, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to enhance safety, function and overall quality of life.

Qualified candidates hold an active Florida PTA license (or be license-eligible) and have SNF or post-acute experience. Knowledge of Net Health documentation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license or license-eligible.
• SNF or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.
