Continuum Therapy Partners in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support our PRN schedule. You will collaborate with licensed therapists to implement personalized treatment plans and ensure consistency of care across shifts.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree, hold an active PTA license, and bring about 1 year of PTA experience. You will educate patients on home exercise programs and assistive devices, with emphasis on safety and progress.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA License is required.
• 1 year of previous PTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
