Job summary

StaffingSoft, Inc. in Benton, IL is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our PRN pool. You will implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients, while aligning with the same standards as our full-time team.

This role offers flexible hours under supervision of a licensed PT, with opportunities to work independently at Helia Healthcare at Benton. Prior PTA experience is preferred, and an active state PTA license is required.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered PTA license in the state.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
• Implements treatment plans under supervision of a PT.
• Documents progress and reports changes to supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
