Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant to support our Newton Rehab & Care team in Newton, IL. The role emphasizes consistency in care, working under the supervision of a physical therapist, and maintaining high clinical standards.

The position offers PRN daytime hours with flexible scheduling to fit your availability, while ensuring continuity of care and collaboration with our leadership team of experienced therapists.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License is required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
