Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for PRN scheduling in the St. Louis area.

You will support a full team by delivering patient care under PT supervision, maintaining treatment plans, and documenting progress with a focus on consistent, high-quality care. The role emphasizes flexibility in scheduling and collaboration with a leadership team of therapists to ensure continuity of care across locations in St.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous PTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
