Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Licensed PTA for Home Health in Florida. You will perform treatments and provide exercise instruction to improve patient well-being under the plan of care.

Responsibilities include patient education, gait and mobility training, and coordination with the care team. A valid PTA license is required, with weekend availability and a driving-capable applicant. Sign-on bonus offered for full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in the state of practice.
• Driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle or reliable transportation.
• Weekend rotation availability.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws and work under supervising PT to implement plan of care.
• Instruct patients in active and passive exercise, gait, ADL, and mobility training.
• Observe and report patient responses and coordinate with care team.
• Educate patient, family, and caregivers on therapy within PTA scope.
• Adapt to diverse home environments and patient needs.
