Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Florida-based team. The PTA will work under Physical Therapists to improve mobility and function in patients at home.

Responsibilities include assisting with treatment plans, promoting independence in self-care, and documenting progress. A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation are required. Competitive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Must be able to drive automobile in all weather conditions.
