Continuum Midwest in Springboro, OH is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our daytime, full-time team at Hillspring. You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a PT, document progress, and educate patients on home programs and assistive devices.

The ideal candidate has an AA in PTA, an active PA license, and 1 year of experience; we offer full benefits, 401(k) with match, ESOP, life insurance, STD/LTD and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in PTA program required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:
