Continuum Midwest is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support a therapist-led team in West Chester, OH. You will assist in delivering individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities include educating patients on home exercise programs, documenting outcomes, and contributing to a comprehensive benefits package. This role offers full-time hours at a facility in OH.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state.
• Associate degree in PTA program is required.
• Experience as a PTA preferred.
• Implements treatment plans under PT supervision.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and device use.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
