Continuum Midwest is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on implementing patient-specific treatment plans under supervision, tracking progress, and educating patients on home exercise programs and assistive devices.

The ideal candidate has an Associate Degree in PTA, an active state PTA license, and at least 1 year of experience. We offer a full benefits package, 401k with match, ESOP, life insurance, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
