Continuum Midwest is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at the Heritagespring location in West Chester Twp, OH. The PTA will implement patient treatment plans under a supervising PT and contribute to overall patient care in a therapist-led environment.

The role emphasizes patient education, progress documentation, and collaboration with the supervising PT to ensure quality, responsive therapy services across our growing national footprint.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Active PTA license in state.
• 1 year PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
