Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for full-time daytime shifts at Galax Health and Rehab in Galax, VA. The role involves implementing treatment plans under supervision, documenting patient progress, and educating patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Qualified candidates hold an accredited PTA degree, current Virginia PTA license, and preferably 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
