Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to support daily patient care at Alleghany Health & Rehab in Clifton Forge, VA. You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision and help patients progress toward their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
