Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Clifton Forge, VA. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans under supervision, documenting patient progress, and educating patients on home exercise programs and assistive devices.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered PTA license in the relevant state.
• At least 1 year of PTA experience is preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of a PT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
