Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join River's Bend Health & Rehab in Manitowoc, WI. You will implement individualized treatment plans under a supervising PT, document patient progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and assistive devices.

Qualified candidates have an associate degree in PTA, an active state license, and preferably 1 year of PTA experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
