Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join a growing team in Homewood, IL. You will work under the guidance of a Physical Therapist and help implement individualized plans of care for patients.

You will document patient progress, discuss treatments with patients, and maintain clear communication with therapists and rehab staff to ensure quality outcomes and proper use of standard therapy equipment.

• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.

As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will be a part of growing team.
