Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified physical therapy assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will support patient care and implement individualized plans.

You will assist with treatment phases, document patient responses, and coordinate with the PT, rehab director, and facility staff to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified physical therapy assistant required.
• Ability to follow a plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment programs under the guidance of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
