Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will assist in treating patients by following individualized plans of care developed by Physical Therapists.

You will help implement treatments, document patient responses, communicate with the Physical Therapist and rehab staff, and operate standard therapy equipment to support functional outcomes.

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you’ll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
