Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Illinois is seeking a qualified physical therapy assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the supervision of a physical therapist, you will help implement individualized plans of care and support patients through rehab.

You’ll assist with treatment, document responses, communicate with therapists and staff, and help apply standard PT techniques and equipment to promote functional outcomes.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
