Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our PRN program in Williams Bay, WI. You will work as part of a supportive team, choosing your hours while providing quality therapy under supervision of licensed therapists.

Requirements include an associate degree, current Wisconsin PTA license, and ideally one year of PTA experience. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and educating patients on home exercise programs and

• 1 year PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
