Worksource Heart of Georgia is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to support treatment plans under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist. You will work with patients with deficits from stroke, neurological and orthopedic conditions, while maintaining accurate records and complying with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities include delivering patient education, documenting therapy minutes, and coordinating with other disciplines to maximize rehab outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant required.
• Ability to maintain and complete patient records in timely manner.
• Ability to communicate with patients and families.
• Adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Lift and physical stamina requirements.

• Treat patients with various deficits including stroke, amputations, neurological disorders and orthopedics.

• Enter PT charges daily and project therapy minutes.
• Refer to other disciplines when indicated.
