Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Buford, GA is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide delegated therapy services under a licensed Physical Therapist. You will collaborate with the PT on patient plans, monitor progress, and help maintain equipment and documentation.

A valid GA PTA license and BLS/CPR are required, with prior experience in neuro rehab preferred. The role emphasizes quality care, accurate documentation, HIPAA compliance, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in the state of GA.
• BLS/CPR certification required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services under supervision and according to the patient’s Plan of Treatment.
• Consult with the supervising Physical Therapist regularly on patient progress.

• Report equipment problems to ensure safe operation.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the Physical Therapist of record.
• Prepare and submit patient treatment and billing documentation per regulations.
• Adhere to company standards, HIPAA, and professional practice requirements.
• Attend internal staff development programs and maintain clinical skills.
