Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Masters' Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, preferred.
• Ortho-outpatient experience, preferred.
• Concentra Core Competencies of Service Mindset, Attention to Detail, Sense of Urgency, Initiative and Flexibility.
• Ability to make decisions using logic and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality patient care services.
• Evaluate muscle, skeletal, neurological and other physical problems.
• Coordinate treatment with multidisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance policies and regulations.
• Communicate with staff and patients to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on therapy programs and exercises.
• Plan and implement physical therapy treatment programs.
