Job summary

Concentra, Inc. in Oceanside, CA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative services within our occupational medicine framework. You will assess and treat patients, document progress, and work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

You will guide patients through tailored treatment plans, educate on exercises and safety, and maintain HIPAA compliance and quality standards. A strong commitment to patient care and professional growth is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Masters' Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, preferred.
• Ortho-outpatient experience, preferred.

• Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality patient care services.
• Perform evaluation of muscle, skeletal, neurological and other physical problems.
• Document patient care properly and completely.
• Coordinate with physicians and other staff for comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on proper care and exercise programs.
• Assist with clinical instruction and training of staff and students.
