HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT COUNSELORS in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant for an outpatient position. The role offers $60,000-$75,000 annually with bonus potential, a 4.5-day workweek, and full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with matching.

No weekend hours and a supportive, multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include implementing PT plans of care, guiding therapeutic exercises, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Colorado PTA license.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience.
• At least 2,000 hours of PTA clinical experience.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient-care skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide treatment under the PT's plan of care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
• Lead therapeutic exercises that improve strength, mobility, and function.
• Monitor patient progress and collaborate with the treating PT and other providers.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Build positive patient relationships and support a welcoming treatment environment.
