Job summary

HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT COUNSELORS seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant for our Aurora, CO outpatient practice. This 100% outpatient role supports a multi-disciplinary team, aiding in therapy and documentation to ensure quality patient care.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, full-time with early Friday close, offering $60k–$75k depending on experience plus comprehensive benefits. We seek a team player who can collaborate with providers and uphold our service standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical therapy Assistant program.
• Experience working in outpatient, orthopedic care.
• Must have completed the 2,000 hours to work independently if needed.
• CO PTA license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT in treating musculoskeletal issues.
• Guide therapeutic exercises for patients.
• Provide thorough and accurate documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team and uphold company values of excellence, poise, leadership and service.
• Deliver exemplary patient care and maintain a professional team approach.
