Job summary

HCRC consulting in Colorado Springs, CO seeks a motivated Physical Therapy Assistant for 100% outpatient care. You will support a multidisciplinary team, guide therapeutic exercises, and document meticulously to ensure quality patient care.

A 2,000-hour threshold to work independently and CO PTA licensure are required. The role emphasizes collaboration with PTs, PAs, NPs, and other providers within a team-based approach, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Experience working in outpatient orthopedic care.
• Must have completed the 2,000 hours required to work independently without a PT.
• Current CO PTA license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT in treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal issues.
• Guide therapeutic exercises for patients.
• Provide thorough and accurate documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team and uphold company values of excellence, poise, leadership, and service.
• Deliver exemplary patient care and work professionally with the team.
