Job summary

HCRC consulting is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time outpatient role in Lone Tree, Colorado. The PTA will work with a multidisciplinary team to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and return to daily activities.

Ideal candidates have an accredited PTA program and a valid Colorado PTA license, with outpatient orthopedic experience and strong teamwork and communication skills. Benefits include a 4.5-day workweek and comprehensive coverage.

Our growing multidisciplinary practice in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time, outpatient position.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment under the PT's plan of care for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions
• Lead therapeutic exercises that improve strength, mobility, and function
• Monitor patient progress and collaborate with the treating PT and other providers
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Build positive patient relationships and support a welcoming treatment environment

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Colorado PTA license
• Outpatient orthopedic experience
• At least 2,000 hours of PTA clinical experience
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient-care skills
