Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 1 year of PT/PTA experience preferred.
• Current Physical Exam and TB test (within last 12 months).

Responsibilities

• Follow and implement the Plan of Care established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Prepare accurate daily progress notes.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
