Powerback is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support patients in a facility-based rehabilitation setting. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments under the direction of the Rehab Director.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities with patients.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Address the whole patient and see them as an individual to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive appropriate care.
• Provide care in a caring and compassionate atmosphere, prioritizing patient needs.
