Job summary

WelbeHealth seeks a licensed PTA to join the interdisciplinary Rehabilitation team, delivering restorative PT services under supervision. You will administer treatment plans, assist with vital signs, ROM and strength testing, and coordinate activities with IDT to maximize participant independence at the center and in participants’ homes.

Ideal candidates have PTA licensure and experience with frail, elderly populations in various care settings.

Qualifications

• PTA license valid or eligible for licensure
• Experience in outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing settings preferred
• Collaborates within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team

Responsibilities

• Administer participant treatment programs under the Physical Therapist
• Assist the Physical Therapist with vital signs, ROM, and strength testing
• Coordinate with Rehab team to implement activity plans and schedule treatments
• Document PT interventions per established care plans and modalities
