Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our SNF-based care team in Florida. The role focuses on skilled PTA services within dedicated therapy gyms at Pinecrest and Tamarac facilities, improving residents' function and independence.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, manage caseloads, and contribute to a compassionate, high-quality care culture while enjoying full-time benefits and modern rehab facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
