Job summary

Step Up Rehab seeks a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Florida to deliver skilled PTA services in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will work within dedicated therapy gyms at Pinecrest and Tamarac centers, supporting residents to regain function and mobility.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed PTA in Florida or eligible for licensure.
• SNF or post-acute care experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Net Health or similar therapy documentation system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.

Education

Graduate of an accredited PTA program

Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible)
