Step Up Rehab at Solaris HealthCare Pensacola is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled services in a SNF setting. Work within the dedicated therapy gym and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents' function and independence.

This full-time role offers competitive pay ($28–$38/hr, based on experience), 401(k) match, PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, and daily Pay options.

Qualifications

• PTA program graduate.
• Florida PTA license required or eligible.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to SNF residents.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.

Education

Graduate of an accredited PTA program

Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required
