Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Pensacola is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider. This full-time SNF role offers a competitive hourly pay range of $28–$38, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Licensed Florida PTAs or license-eligible candidates are encouraged to apply. Work inside a skilled nursing facility, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence with modern rehab

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
