Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Solaris HealthCare Pensacola, is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our SNF team. Work inside the dedicated therapy gym and help residents regain function and independence.

The role requires Florida PTA license, offers full-time schedules, and provides benefits including 401(k) match, PTO, medical/dental/vision, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Pay ranges from $28 to $38 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

• Provide PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Help residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.
