Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services in Solaris HealthCare Pensacola's SNF setting. You will work with the interdisciplinary team to improve residents' function and independence through focused, compassionate care.

The role is full-time in Florida, with a competitive hourly rate ($28–$38) and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) match, generous PTO, and health insurance options.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Education
