Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Pensacola, in-house Step Up Rehab, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to help residents regain function in a skilled nursing facility. You’ll provide skilled PTA services as part of an interdisciplinary team in a dedicated therapy gym.

We offer a competitive hourly rate ($28–$38), a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and benefits including 401(k) with company match, PTO, and medical/dental/vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
• Assist residents in regaining independence through skilled rehab services.
