Pro Rehab seeks a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in rural Minnesota, between Belview and Clarkfield. The role is full-time with benefits and a wage range of $27–$34 per hour, plus a $2,500 bonus paid over 18 months. New grads welcome to apply, with location at Clarkfield, MN 56223.

The PTA will assist therapists, monitor patient progress, educate families, and apply anatomy knowledge to care plans, while collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program with at least an Associate’s degree.
• Must hold a current MN PTA License.
• Knowledge of state, federal, and local long-term care regulations.
• Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans and therapy adherence.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition.

Wage Range:$27 - $34 / hour depending on experience.

Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, ensuring adherence to prescribed therapies.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in their condition.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and care plans to promote recovery.
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to provide effective patient care.

Physical Therapist Assistant Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program and have at a minimum an Associate’s degree.
• Must possess a current MNPhysical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
• Strong patient care skills and knowledge of physiology and anatomy
• Proficient in medical terminology and physical therapy techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
