Job summary

JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will provide treatment under a Physical Therapist, manage a full caseload, and complete all necessary documentation for patient care.

We offer a pay range of $75,000–$85,000 per year, with bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time, on-site position across our New York facilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA required.
• Complete state CEU requirements (NY/NJ).
• Experience with EMR software preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Team player with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT interventions that are safe and effective.
• Manage and delegate to support staff for patient care.
• Document notes in WebPT promptly per guidelines.
• Maintain CEU requirements for PTA license.
• Educate the surrounding community through lectures/presentations.
• Assist with cleanliness and organization of the facility.
