JAG Physical Therapy in New York seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide treatment and manual techniques under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. The PTA will manage a full caseload and complete all patient care documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PTA degree preferred.
• Licensed PTA in appropriate state.
• CEU requirements completed per state (NY, NJ).
• Good communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to work with EMR systems.
• Strong work ethic and patient-focused attitude.
• Basic computer literacy and documentation accuracy.
• Team player with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT interventions that are safe, effective, and per JAG PT guidelines.
• Manage and delegate to support staff for patient care as needed.
• Complete timely documentation in WebPT EMR.
• Maintain CEU requirements for PTA license.
• Assist with facility cleanliness and organization.
• Educate community through lectures or presentations.
• Demonstrate respectful interaction with patients and colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
