Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our home health team in Clinton, IL. The PTA will work under licensed Physical Therapists to help patients improve mobility and independence using prescribed modalities.

The position emphasizes compassionate patient care, adherence to home health protocols, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support diverse patient needs.

Qualifications

• Be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant - PTA in the state of employment.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with mobility and functional goals under supervision of Physical Therapists.
• Utilize physical modalities to improve mobility and independence in daily living.
