Beaumont Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide home-based therapy across Detroit and surrounding communities. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver skilled PT services per physician orders and goals set by the Physical Therapist.

You will educate patients and families, monitor safety, and ensure accurate documentation while participating in the on-call rotation as required.

Formación

• PTA license in the state of employment is required.
• Minimum one year of PTA experience, preferably in acute care or home care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled physical therapy at patients' homes as ordered by attending physician.
• Educate patients and families, ensure safety, and complete accurate documentation.
• Assist with Plan of Care and monitor patient condition with Physical Therapist guidance.
• Meet on-call expectations as required.
