Beaumont Home Health & Hospice seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled home health therapy in the Detroit area. You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team, following physician orders and care plans to help patients regain function and independence.

Responsibilities include educating patients and families, documenting accurately, and adhering to Medicare guidelines. A valid MI PTA license and acute care experience are preferred; on-call rotation is required.

Qualifikationen

• PTA license in Michigan is required.
