Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Requires valid PTA license or certification in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide support care of residents who seek short-term/transitional care to recover and rehabilitate.
• Assist in providing quality patient care under supervision of licensed therapists.
• Document all services to ensure accurate and timely therapy billing.
• Ensure patient care follows the Plan of Care and applicable guidelines.
• Under supervision of a Physical Therapist, identify and develop a comprehensive plan of care and implement therapy programs.
• Identify need for referrals to other disciplines under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Other duties may change or be assigned at any time.
