Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to assist in patient rehabilitation under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. The role emphasizes helping patients regain mobility, strength, balance and independence after illness or injury.

You will document services, follow the Plan of Care, and coordinate with other disciplines as needed to ensure comprehensive care and compliant practices. This is a full-time on-site position with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification in the state of practice, or proof of license eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing quality patient care under supervision of licensed therapists.
• Document all services provided for accurate billing and records.
• Ensure patient care follows the Plan of Care and established guidelines.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs under supervision.
• Identify needs and refer to other disciplines as needed.
